Course Outline
The CBL International China Business School Programme is appropriate for undergraduate and graduate students who are interested in international economics, business, and legal trends and developments in China.
All lectures are held in English and given by distinguished Tongji University (one of the top universities in China) professors. You will receive presentations from managers and lawyers covering everyday aspects of their lives and business activities in China. Topics covered include Intercultural Management, Start-up in China, Taxation, and Intellectual Property Rights. On top of the receiving lectures, you will also visit local businesses and attend organized excursions to famous landmarks.
Intercultural Management
An introductory course will provide basics in Mandarin allowing participants to deal with every-day situations during the programme.
An introduction to intercultural communications focuses on the differences between the Chinese culture and the “so-called” Western culture. A in-depth lecture of the 36 stratagems will cover ancient Chinese rules that are still important and used by Chinese managers.

In Beijing, a trip to the Great Wall and the Ming Tombs is scheduled. There is enough spare time for you to explore the Forbidden City and other famous locations such as the Temple of Heaven and the Summer Palace.
